El Establo, your house in the mountains, began its work in the year of 1991 and there is a story behind the name. Our hotel started with the effort of a family that found its passion in tourism. Which is why they exchanged their farm for it. Everything began when “El Establo” of the farm transformed into 12 cozy rooms; hence the name was born. Today, 28 years later and with 155 rooms, we only have the memory of a livestock. We strive to offer the highest quality of hotel services to all our customers and suppliers.

Our hotel is characterized by a high interest in the conservation of the natural environment, which is why we are applying an Environmental Management System that makes us outstanding in our region. Our desire is that you share the idea of preserving the biological diversity of our ecosystem with us.
